We are carrying out a project which will improve communication between Rejowiec, Zawada and Zamość within the framework of the Rail + PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. programme for the task entitled: ‘Works on railway lines 69 and 72 in the Rejowiec – Zawada – Zamość Szopinek section together with the construction of a junction bypassing the Zawada station’.

Our task includes, among other things:

• Modernisation of existing railway lines, engineering structures and level crossings,
• Construction of a new connector bypassing Zawada station, which will improve the flow of trains by connecting line 69 and line 72,
• Electrification of the line, crucial for ecological and efficient transport.
• Adaptation of the infrastructure, including platforms and rail traffic control (SRK) systems, to the highest standards of safety and passenger comfort.
  The deadline for completion of the task, including author’s supervision, is the fourth quarter of 2029.
