Key project challenges:

Solution Step by step

The FastTrack project was a complete success, and the AGTC railway line was adapted to the speed of passenger trains up to 160 km/h. Thanks to the modernization, the travel time was shortened by 20%, and the line capacity for freight trains increased by 30%. The introduction of ERTMS/ETCS systems ensured a high level of safety and allowed for dynamic traffic management.
Assessment of the condition of existing infrastructure

We started with a thorough analysis of the condition of the tracks and energy infrastructure.

Designing modern solutions

Based on the collected data, our team of engineers designed the track infrastructure.

Modernization of track infrastructure

Modernization works included replacing the track surface, laying new sleepers and rails, and strengthening the track subgrade.

Electrification and traffic control systems

The modernization also included a complete replacement of the traction network.

Work on accompanying infrastructure

The project also included modernization of platforms at key stations.

Testing and launching new infrastructure

After completing the modernization, we conducted a series of tests to check the security and performance of the newly installed systems.
