DOHWA Polska has just launched a very interesting project located in the heart of Warsaw.

On March 6, 2026, an agreement was signed between Tramwaje Warszawskie sp. z o.o. and the consortium of DOHWA Polska ENG Sp. z o.o. and DOHWA Engineering Co., Ltd. for the preparation of construction documentation for a Tram Repair Facility, along with additional infrastructure, on the premises of the Traction Power and Track Facility in Warsaw.

The scope of work includes the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation at various levels of detail, with the possibility of further expanding the scope up to the construction phase, as well as providing design supervision for the project.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive project involving the construction of new facilities for the Tram Repair Plant on the premises of the current ZETiT, the construction of an office building for the Company’s headquarters, and the construction and renovation of facilities belonging to ZETiT and the Logistics Office, along with ensuring their operation, as well as the implementation and modernization of the underground utility network and the development of the entire site. The project will be carried out in phases, in accordance with the approved phasing of the project.

The project is being carried out using a modern, fully digital collaboration model. Completion of the first phase is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
